Situated on one of Newquay’s main access roads, out of the hustle and bustle of the town centre yet close to Porth and Lusty Glaze beaches and within easy walking distance of Newquay town centre and all its amenities.
Tastefully furnished and decorated throughout with full central heating to all rooms. All rooms shower en-suite, including two family annexe rooms set in a pleasant garden area with private entrance offering just that little added privacy.
All rooms have colour television, WiFi and tea/coffee making facilities. Towels provided. Ironing facilities available on request.

Directions from the A30 Follow the A30 West to Indian Queens, take the A392 to Newquay, stay on the A392 following the Newquay signs. When you reach Quintrell Downs village, turn right at the round-about onto the A3058, sign posted Porth / St Columb minor. You will go over a railway crossing soon after turning right, follow the road into Newquay, along Quintrell Road leading into Henver Road. At the two mini round-abouts go straight on and we are 50 yards up the road on the left hand side.
