The farmhouse is in a quiet rural setting with many wild flowers in the hedgerows, the whole area teems with wild-life, there is even a barn owl resident in a barn in the next door field. The local village is just a mile away for essential shopping and two pubs that provide evening meals. There is a further choice of pubs/restaurants in the nearby villages of Newlyn East and Mitchell.

As a Touring base Rosewyn Farm cannot be beaten, everywhere in the county and a part of Devon is within an hours drive.
From Exeter take the A30 and head west for approx 80miles. Take the exit for Summercourt, also marked A3058 Newquay and St Austell. Drive into the village to the traffic lights. turn left and then immediately right behind the post office. Continue down Carnego Lane for 1 mile. Rosewyn is on the left, the car park is on the right.
From Carland Cross (Truro/Redruth), take the A30 exit for Summercourt also marked A3058 Newquay and St Austell. At the T junction turn left towards Summercourt and St. Austell. Go through traffic lights and then immediately right down Carnego Lane (behind Post Office). Continue for 1 mile and Rosewyn Farmhouse is on your left, the car park is on the right.
