LOCATION

The small hamlet of Rezare is nestled above the Inny and Tamar Valleys, within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is a peaceful and relaxed environment which, although within easy reach of the main roads which connect to wherever you wish to go, is far enough from the rush of modern life to allow you to instantly forget that it exists, and is the ideal, restful base to return to after your days out exploring.
On clear days both Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor are visible from many points around the hamlet, with Kit Hill dominating the view from most bedrooms and the dining room / guests' lounge. A short walk away is the River Tamar, its wooded valley meandering down towards Plymouth, passing on its way many beautiful and interesting areas to visit.

ACCOMMODATION

Our rooms ( two doubles, one twin and one single ) contain touches of luxury in the important areas, are furnished to a high standard, and the very comfortable, generously sized beds ensure a good night's sleep.
All rooms have ensuite facilities which comprise either a shower or bath ( or both, in the single room ), with large, soft cotton towels, handmade soaps and a selection of high quality toiletries.
In addition to a television with freeview, we also supply a quality, vintage Hacker radio, and free access to our secured wifi network from all rooms.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

We are ideally placed for exploring a wide area, which offers a rich variety of things to see and do. These include : • Inspiring walking country, from quiet river walks along wide estuaries and through steep wooded valleys, up to the vast, open, craggy expanses of Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor, and out onto the spectacular coastlines of the north and south coasts. • Many places of historical interest, including a number of National Trust and English Heritage properties, and mining heritage sites • Beautiful gardens, from the grand and formal, to small and intimate • Varied and interesting cycle routes, through small, quiet country lanes that connect many delightful villages, hamlets and historical sites, offering everything from flat(ish) easy riding, to demanding steep inclines. • Horse riding to suit all skill levels • Canoeing, sailing, salmon and sea trout fishing on the River Tamar
