LOCATION

Situated on the outskirts of St Austell, with beautiful countryside views, yet only a 10 min walk to the town centre and rail/bus station. Local attractions, including the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan, are only a short drive away.

ACCOMMODATION

The house is furnished and decorated to a high standard and provides two bedrooms for its guests. Both have a colour television, tea/coffee making facilities and are centrally heated. Private bathroom/shower facilities are provided for the guests as is a sun lounge and patio overlooking the garden at the rear of the property.
A full English breakfast or vegetarian option is served in a pleasant dining room overlooking the garden.
Travel cot/high chair available.
Hairdryer/ironing facilities available on request.

Free WiFi internet access.
Stowford is a non smoking guest house.

Just a 10 minute walk to the market town centre of St Austell. Amenities include, good shopping, sports centre, multi screen cinema, swimming baths, tennis courts, restaurants and pubs. Local walks : riverside walks, woodland walk with cycle path along the Pentewan Valley.

DIRECTIONS

A390 St Austell by-pass travelling west. Go past the Asda superstore on your left. Continue to the traffic lights. Turn left - entrance to Stowford is immediately on your right.
