LOCATION

We are only 2 miles from the magical St. Michael's Mount in the historic village of Marazion, with it's wind surfing and sun bathing beaches, sailing club and quaint shops. We are only a mile from Perranuthnoe, a lovely little seaside village with a large beach, the Victoria Inn with it's gourmet restaurant and old world pub, car parking, beach cafe and coastal paths.

ACCOMMODATION

We have two guest rooms
The en-suite room is spacious and overlooks the garden. It has a double and a single bed both with white crisp bedding. There is a TV, tea & coffee making facilities, access to WI FI, and a shower room with fluffy towels.
Prices based on two people sharing per night and are for the room and breakfast.
£70 for one night( Please add £20 for a third adult sharing). £60 for 2 or more nights £40 single occupancy Children under 12 are free! We have a travel cot and high chair available.
Our small double room overlooks the garden pond and the fields towards the sea. It has a TV, tea and coffee making facilities, access to WI FI, and white crisp bedding. This room has a private bathroom with a bath and shower and separate toilet with sink and bidet next to the bedroom.

The dining room is also a residents lounge with TV/ DVD player. There is a small DVD library at the local post office. We also have a large range of books on Cornwall, and many books that you can borrow to relax with on your visit.

All prices include breakfast of Three cereals, fresh fruit salad , local organic yogurt, a full English breakfast, white, or home made granary bread, jams, marmalade and honey, tea/cafetiere coffee. All our produce is locally sourced whenever possible, usually from our nearby farm shop. The sausage, bacon and eggs are all free range from local farms. Vegetarian and diabetic options are no problem. Please let us know if you have any other requirements

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

Nearby attractions include the artist's seaside town of St Ives, Land's End, Sennen Cove with it's surfing and coastal walks, and further afield Heligan Garden's and the Eden Project, which make a lovely day out.There are many more gardens nearby and the coastal path is just 10 minutes walk through the farm opposite. DIRECTIONS

We are on the A394 between Penzance and Helston, about 5 miles from the bottom of the A30.
