LOCATION
Coast vegetarian bed & breakfast is in Carbis Bay, St Ives Cornwall. A great location within walking distance of beaches and St Ives. We are set back from St Ives Rd and a ten minute walk from Carbis Bay Beach.
ACCOMMODATION
Individually styled rooms, some with sea views. Great veggie breakfast options including our famous morning-bockerglory, home-made pancakes, full English, croissants, cereals, fruit, etc.
Home to the Bean Inn restaurant which is open most evenings.
Coast also has residents parking and a garden at the front of the building.
Coast also houses a gallery displaying the work of artist Katrina Slack.
All rooms are en-suite shower rooms with coffee/tea making facilities and TVs. Top floor rooms are smaller but with fantastic sea views, and first floor rooms have good sea views with window seats.
The lounge area and breakfast rooms feature unusual and varied art work from mixed media pieces made from acorn pods to traditional Cornish landscapes.
To the front of the building is a lovely garden, ideal for breakfast on a sunny morning.
Coast offers good rates for the single traveller and provides a relaxed and friendly astmosphere, providing extra services such as packed lunch if requested.
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
There are good transport links with a bus stop outside Coast and train station close by.
You can find a supermarket, pub and restaurants within a few minutes walk from Coast.
It is an ideal location for a beach holiday, walking holiday, and art and cultural breaks.
Carbis Bay is within easy reach of the coast path for a walk to Porthkidney Sands, St Ives or all the way to Lands End!
Carbis Bay beach is a ten minute downhill walk from Coast itself; with its beautiful golden sands this calm sheltered bay is a wonderful swimming beach.
From the beach you can walk along the cliff path to Porthkidney and Lelant or just relax, swim, picnic and have fun.
A beautiful beach any time of the year with St Ives and Godrevey Lighthouse providing a magnificant backdrop.
