It

facilities, hot and cold water and colour television.

area has a rich tin mining heritage and there are many historic
sites and museums to visit.
Camborne is one of the principal towns of West Cornwall and is an
excellent centre of both the business community and for holidays.
The towns of Redruth, St. Ives, Penzance and the city of Truro are
only a short drive.
There are numerous sandy beaches including St.Ives and Hayle,
excellent for just lazing on the sand or surfing.
Restaurants, Country Inns, and shopping facilities are all easily
accessible.
