is a 14 bedroomed family run hotel, offering friendly and personal service with all the
home comforts, which specialises in giving great holidays for all |

The bedrooms
are tastefully decorated and comfortably appointed, all are centrally heated and have
duvets, 13amp electric socket, razor point, colour TV, clock radio and a kettle, crockery,
tea and coffee for a late or early drink. Each room has its own separate door key. There are six new purpose built bedrooms with
ensuite shower, W.C. and basin. All other bedrooms have a basin with hot and cold (mains
drinking water). All family bedrooms also have a shower. Three ensuite and one standard
bedroom are on the ground floor and the remaining bedrooms are on the first floor. |

A full English
breakfast is served at 9.00am. Each bedroom/party of guests have their own table. |
The
comfortable lounge has a selection of books, videos and board games and there is a
separate room with a pool table, TV and Darts. We welcome children and offer reductions for
accommodation if sharing, and lower priced children's meals. A cot and highchair may be
hired on a weekly basis if required. |

The
facilities are AA listed and have a 2 Crown grading from the English Tourist Board,
they are above the required standard of the Newquay Hotels Association and Cornish Tourist
Board. |
