All deposits are non refundable.Card or cheque payments for deposits please,however we no longer accept CHEQUES on departure, please note we require all cheque payments 7 days prior to arrival.

There is a cancellation charge for bookings cancelled within 14 days-please refer to terms and conditions.
We strongly advise holiday insurance.
Two nights minimum stay for Bank Holiday weekends .
We regret no pets.
