The Situation

A traditional Cornish Farmhouse set in beautiful countryside forming part of a 200 acre working farm. Short distance from Fowey/Lostwithiel/Eden Project/Lanhydrock House.

The Accommodation
A beautiful old farmhouse, full of character and tastefully furnished and decorated throughout.
Two spacious bedrooms with wash basin facilities. An adjoining bathroom with bath/shower is provided for the sole use of guests.
A small single bedroom is also available.
A large lounge/dining area where guests are served a hearty farmhouse English breakfast. Various options available on request.
Visitors are welcome to relax in the lounge and watch television during the evening where a complimentary cup of tea/coffee can be served.
Extensive gardens & farmland where guests are quite welcome to walk around or just sit and relax.
Sorry, there are no facilities for pets.
No smoking in the farmhouse.
No children under 10 years.

Directions
A390 approximately 1 mile west of Lostwithiel turn left onto the B3269 signposted Fowey. After 200 yards turn right (signposted 'Treesmill'). After 1 mile turn left down a lane signed 'Colwith' & 'Hidden Valley Gardens', Colwith Farm is on the left a short distance down the lane.

Visitors are welcome to walk around the 200 acre farm which is set in a picturesque valley.
Three of the most popular attractions in Cornwall and well worth a two day break:
Eden Project Five minute drive
Lanhydrock House/gardens Fifteen minute drive
Lost Gardens of Heligan Thirty minute drive

Lostwithiel: An ancient town situated on the river Fowey, with Restormel Castle, old buildings, salmon fishing, excellent golf course, antique & craft shops - 5 min. drive.

Fowey: A picturesque port, excellent walks, craft shops, foot passenger ferry to Mevagissey, good pubs/restaurants - 15 min. drive.

Bodmin Moor: Excellent walks, Jamaica Inn - just a short drive.

Sandy Beaches: Choice of several within a short drive.

Restaurants/pubs: Wide local choice.

These are just a few ideas of what is available, there is much, much more. Your host is local to the area and will be only too happy to recommend places of interest or where to eat.

Cornwall is a small county and most places can be reached within an hour.

North coast surfing beaches, Newquay, Padstow - 40/45 mins
Looe/Polperro - 30 mins.
Plymouth city - 40 mins. 
Truro city - 40 mins.
