This lovely annex is totally self contained with use of a secluded courtyard garden and gas BBQ.
Electric heating makes it a comfortable stay all year round.
Accommodation comprises of:
A double bedroom, tastefully furnished in pine furniture with double bed, wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers, side drawers and table lamp. A hairdryer and CD/Radio are provided.
Shower room , shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin with pine accessories.
Airing cupboard with storage space.
Open plan lounge/kitchen with stable door to courtyard. Furnished with large Futon/Sofa (providing third sleeping place if required), pine dining table, chairs and nest of tables. Television, DVD (DVD film hire available), full size electric cooker,
microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, crockery, cutlery, pots and utensils.
All bed linen is provided, bath, hand and tea towels are provided and changed daily.
Toilet rolls provided.
A complimentary tray with Tea, coffee,sugar and milk upon arrival.
All Electricity is included in price.
Tariff:
Daily Rate �50.00 per night for two people. (three people �55.00 per night)
