Two 1880 tastefully modernised semi-detached cottages situated barely 100 yards level walk from the main safe, sandy beach and picturesque harbour of Gorran Haven.

Haven cottage is entered through an entrance porch into a spacious kitchen/diner containing:
 Dining table, electric ceramic hob, wall mounted double oven and microwave.
Dish washer Tower fridge/freezer automatic washer/dryer
Electric kettle vacuum cleaner steam iron
Ample fitted cupboards with easily cleaned working surfaces
Electric wall heater and a full-size slim-line storage heater

Lounge:
Glimpses of the sea from two windows and Cornish stone fire surround coal effect 3kw whisper fan electric fire, comfortable three-piece suite, 25ins television and video.
Large night storage heater.
Quality fitted carpets throughout.
Bathroom: 
 upstairs, with bath, electric shower, WC, shaving point, heated towel rail and wall heater.
Bedroom 1:
Has a high quality 4ft 6ins bed, slim-line night-storage heater, fitted wardrobe and dressing table.
Bedroom 2:
Two high quality 3 ft. beds, night-storage heater, 2 clothes cupboards, dressing table and vanity unit with hot and cold water, strip light and shaver socket. Firm hand rail on the stairs for the elderly.

All beds have interior sprung mattresses, electric under blankets and duvets. Lights over all beds and fitments.

Parking: The owner has arranged for free parking for tenants (one car per cottage) throughout the year in the public car park (100 yards), but tenants may park on the road near the cottages from October to May if preferred.

Local Attractions:

Gorran Haven is a picturesque little seaside village that once found, visitors tend to return year after year.
The cottages are ideally situated, being just 100 yards level walk from a sheltered, gently shelving, soft sandy beach and harbour, a selection of small shops, cafes, a post office and local bus route. Good pub, CE. Methodist and F.I.E.C church within 250 yards.
The coastal path at 75 yards runs westward around Penamaen Point to the mile long completely unspoilt Vault beach with its rock pools for the children. The less energetic can park in the National trust car park walking to the beach below or to Dodman Point with glorious views to the Lizard on a clear day. To the east the coastal path runs again with splendid views around Chapel Point to Colona beach, Portmellon with its excellent pub meals and then Mevagissey.
On arriving at Gorran Haven many just leave the car and relax on one of the beaches or just walk the cliff paths.
