TERMS AND CONDITIONS        
Reservations are normally from Saturday to Saturday.  Bookings are from 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10.00 a.m. on day of departure. Rooms
are let subject to availability and receipt of deposit.  Balances are due on arrival and payment by cheque can only be accepted up to the value of your cheque guarantee card unless by prior arrangement.
No allowances can be made for temporary absence, meals not taken or vacation of room before expiry date of booking.  A confirmation of booking
will be sent on receipt of deposit and will include a holiday cancellation insurance form which we advise all guests to complete.  In the event of cancellation
you will be legally liable for two thirds of the total cost of the booking.
