In
the centre of Cornwalls old tin mining area with many historic
buildings and museums.
Being at the hub of the most intensively mined area in the world
the proposal for the area to be designated as a World Heritage
Site has inspired enthusiasm to introduce visitors and locals to
the Great Flat Lode so that memories and mining traditions live on
into the next Millennium.
Walking in the Mining Country:
Guided walks are available with various options of morning,
afternoon or all day walks.
Kath will be only too pleased to give advise on these walks
and what the area has to offer.

beaches),outward bound courses, a good choice of restaurants and
country Inns.
