General CONDITIONS ( Hire TERMS below )

Deposit of �50.00 per week booking and balance 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Telephone bookings are accepted if the deposit is received within 5 days.
Cheques made payable to K. Harris.
Bookings are confirmed by return post on receipt of deposit.

Linen hire �8.00 per bed.
Cots can be hired at �6.00 per week.
A charge of �20 per week will be made for small dogs, and �30  for large dogs.

An additional cleaning deposit of �20.00 is payable, which is refundable if the caravan is left in the same condition as when taking up occupancy. This deposit is ripped up and destroyed.

No liability can be accepted for damage or injury incurred on site.

Hire TERMS and CONDITIONS

An application is made and accepted subject to the following conditions:
 

1. Lettings are deemed to commence at 2.00pm on the day of arrival and cease at 9.00am on the day of departure
2. The key must be collected from reception by 8.00pm on the day of arrival. Arrangements can be made for late arrivals
3. The management reserves the right to decline acceptance or to expel any visitor for conduct detrimental the the Site or the comfort of other visitors
4. We reserve the right to re-let the caravan if not claimed by 8.00pm on the day of arrival unless prior arrangements have been made with the owner
5. The owner is relieved from liability should The Accommodation not be available due to circumstances beyond his control, in which case the deposit will be refunded in full
6. Bookings are not transferable and the Caravan must not be occupied by persons other than those stated on the Booking Form. Any alteration must be notified and agreed by the owner
7. Failure to take up occupancy of a unit once a booking has been made and confirmed by the owner with a deposit does not relieve the hirer from his/her liability for the FULL BALANCE of monies due unless prior cancellation has been received by the owner by Telephone and confirmed in WRITING six weeks prior and the owner is able to re-let the caravan for the period concerned
8. As our caravans are designed as family units it is regretted that we are unable to accept bookings for caravans from ALL MALE or ALL FEMALE parties
9. Dogs are not permitted between the third week in July and the last week of August at Liskey Hill, but are allowed at Perransands at the discretion of the proprietor. At all times they must be kept on a lead and exercised off the park. Any fouling on the park must be cleaned up by the owner of the dog. They must not be left unattended in the caravan. Only one dog per caravan is allowed and a charge as per Tariff will be made
10. A deposit as per Tariff is payable when booking and is not returnable
11. Balance of monies due must be forwarded 6weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday
12. An additional charge of �20.00 is payable, which is refunded when taking up occupancy and the cheque is destroyed if the caravan is left in the same condition when taking up occupancy
13. No Liabillity will be accepted for damage or injury incurred on site
    
    NB Duvets are on beds:
    2 single, 1 double in each 6 berth caravan;
    4 single, 1 double in each 8 berth caravan.
    Please bring approriate linen.
