The Situation
A spacious modern house situated in the picturesque village of Polgooth just a short drive from the market town of St.Austell. The house is south facing and set in a large garden with lovely views across the valley.
All rooms are en-suite and tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard.
Polgooth is situated just a 10 minute drive from St.Austell railway station and about 25 minutes drive from Newquay airport. There are numerous activities in the area, these include both the Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan.
The Accommodation
Hunter's Moon is a large modern detached house set in extensive gardens in the quiet little village of Polgooth. It has been recently extensively decorated and newly furnished throughout.
It offers:
 
  • Four ensuite bedrooms
    All are double or twin, three have showers and one has a shower and bath
    Two have super king sized beds with the option of an additional bed to become a family room.
    All bedrooms have a television, tea/coffee making facilities, radio, alarm clock and hairdryer.
    Fully centrally heated
  • Dining area
    Spacious dining area with separate tables with direct access into the conservatory with views of the garden and across the valley.
    A choice of freshly prepared traditional English breakfast along with juice, fruit and cereals, or a continental style option. Vegetarian and special diets are also catered for (please advise on booking)
    Packed lunches to order
  • Large conservatory
    Guests are welcome to sit and relax in the conservatory

Third person sharing �20 00 - �23 00 p.n.
Single occupancy �35 00 - �38 00 p.n.

A 10% reduction for stays of 4 nights or over. Please enquire about terms for longer stays and other special arrangements or requests.

A deposit of �10 00p per person per night (subject to a �50 maximum) is required on confirmation of booking. In the event of cancellation, this is refundable (less a small administration fee) so long as we are able to re-let the room.

The third person rate also applies to children aged 14-16 years
We do not have facilities for children under 14 years
Guests are requested to arrived after 4.00 p.m. earlier arrivals by prior arrangement.
On day of departure please vacate rooms by 10.30 a.m.


Directions
Polgooth is about 2 miles west of St Austell and may be approached from either the A390 (Truro road) or B2373 (Mevagissey road). On entering the village follow the brown signs for the �Village Stores, Post Office & Cash Machine�. Passing the shop on the left hand side, Chapel Hill is a short distance along the road, and we are at the top of the hill on the right hand side.
