The Old Vicarage, a Grade II listed building is in a pleasant village, 10 minutes from the sea, and 1.5 miles from the centre of Newquay. There is a regular 'Hoppa' bus service to town until 11.00 p.m.

The first floor flat which accommodates up to four people is situated in part of the main building. The Old Vicarage, a Grade ll Listed building, is in a pleasant village, 10 mins. from the sea, and 1.5 miles from the centre of Newquay. There is a regular 'Hoppa' bus service to town until 11 p.m. Free car parking on the premises. Milk and groceries are available locally - up to 8 p.m. on Saturdays. Position G17 on the Official Newquay Street Map. Families and couples only please.
The flat has its own entrance hall.
KITCHEN/DINER - fully fitted kitchen which includes cooker and microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, pots, pans cutlery crockery, and electric �1 slot meter. Table and chairs.
LOUNGE - Settee. Easy chairs, colour television, gas fire (�1 meter)
BEDROOM 1 Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Up staircase to bedroom 2. Two single beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Duvets are provided.
Bed linen may be hired at �4 per bed.
BATHROOM -Bath, shower, toilet.

SHORT BREAKS are available until May 22nd. Also from Sept. 11th.
�49 for 3 nights for 2 people (�14 for each additional night.) = �105/week. There is no need to arrive on a Saturday for short break periods.

In normal circumstances the chalet is ready for occupation by 1 p.m., and is to be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
It would help if you would let us know if you wish to hire bed linen, and could give us an idea of your approximate arrival time, as we are only a small family run establishment.

The Wooden Chalet. 

The wooden CHALET is ideally situated in the rear garden of The Old Vicarage (a Grade ll Listed Building), and accommodates two people. It is comfortably furnished. There is a regular 'Hopper' bus service to town until 11 p.m. Free car parking on the premises. We are in position F17 of the official Newquay street map. It is a 10 min. walk to Porth beach. families and couples only please.
The Chalet has;
SMALL KITCHEN with H&C sink unit, electric cooker, refrigerator, utensils, microwave.
CONSERVATORY. facing south the room has two easy chairs, and a coffee table. Beside this area is the wash room/toilet. French doors lead to a patio area.
BED/SITTING ROOM with a 4' 2'' pull down double bed (with sprung interior mattress). Chest of drawers, wardrobe, table and chairs, electric radiator, colour television. Duvets are provided. Bed linen/quilt covers may be hired for �4. There is a �1 electric slot meter.
A SHOWER and second toilet is four paces across the garden path. This is quite private, and devoted to this chalet. Because of the separate shower room with this accommodation it has been priced most reasonably and represents very good value.
