The Situation

Diana and Graham extend to you a very warm and friendly welcome to Pine Ridge. The house is located on the sunny side of the village and faces directly out to sea with views as far away as Eddystone Lighthouse and beyond Plymouth. It is located 600 metres from the beach and 300 metres from the local inn, both being within easy walking distance.

The Accommodation
The approach to the property is down a long private drive this leading to plenty of off road parking. The house was built in 1981 and is therefore fairly modern, it has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard.
There are three en-suite guest bedrooms, all have excellent sea views, a television and tea/coffee is available:
Family room with a double and single bed on the ground floor.

Conservatory, entering onto a patio with ornamental pond and swimming pool which is solar heated. This is for guests to use at their own risk at convenient times of the day.

Local Attractions:

The village of Gorran Haven is located on the south coast of Cornwall and forms part of the area known as the Cornish Riviera. It has a small harbour with some of the cottages dating back to the 15th century. It has quiet quaint charm, so if you are looking for a laid back restful atmosphere then Gorran Haven has it all.
There are two sandy beaches which are safe for swimming. The coastal cliff path leads to a remote beach and Dodman Point, the site of an ancient hill fort which is the highest point on the south coast of Cornwall from which there are spectacular views.
There are several public footpaths in the area including circular walks. 'The proprietor has details of 120 routes in Cornwall to choose from plus two challenging letter box routes in the Gorran area. One of the reasons why Gorran Haven is an excellent location for those who enjoy walking.
