Superb bed & breakfast with lovely views to the rear of the house that take in the estuary and surrounding countryside which you will be able to enjoy at breakfast . 

Rosevanion is a large Victorian House, with  light spacious comfortable rooms, which have tea and coffee making facilities, and colour T.V.  One room has en-suite facilities and the other has a shower and basin in the room with private toilet which also contains a shower and basin, giving you the use of two showers. 

The  rooms have stripped pine and feature fireplaces with very comfortable beds to ensure that you get a good rest.  In the morning you will receive a full English breakfast, but if you are vegetarian or are on a special diet that is no problem.

prices for the rooms are between £45 and £55  per room

The self contained flat

The flat has a fully fitted modern kitchen, a spacious sitting room with estuary glimpses Television and Video.  There are two bedrooms a double room and a twin bedded room with a door to the shower room, with large double shower, from both rooms.

There is parking and a walled garden.

Local Attractions:

Padstow with its pretty harbour is surrounded by shops, restaurants and pubs. 
Across the estuary is 'Rock' which can be reached by a short trip on the ferry. 
Tregirls beach  which looks out to the mouth of the estuary, this is just one of the many beautiful beaches which can be easily reached from Padstow.

The old railway track now called the camel trail which you can walk or cycle is down the hill from Rosevanion just 3 minutes walk, and there are lots of lovely coastal walks and country walks all within easy distance.  The harbour is just 8 minutes walk away where you will find many shops, pubs and restaurants, not forgetting Rick Steins Sea food Restaurant, Bistro, cafe or take away.

Padstow is an ideal spot from which to explore the whole of Cornwall Landsend is about 1hour 20 minutes, the Eden Project is about 45 minutes, not to mention all the lovely beaches that are just 5-10 minutes from Padstow.
