Large lounge with patio window opening onto a paved sun patio and lawned garden with breathtaking views across Mount�s Bay towards Penzance, Newlyn and Mousehole.

Fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave and dishwasher, spindrier and tumble drier.

Luxurious Bathroom with a �whirlpool� spa bath or shower.

The bungalow is tastefully decorated and superbly furnished together with a colour television in both the lounge and the twin bedroom.

Local attractions:

Enjoy an evening walk along the seafront and have a drink or meal in one of the many public houses or restaurants to be found in Marazion.

Try wind surfing in the bay or more realistically for most just enjoy watching them.

Just a short stroll away are the Marazion Marshes, where many species of rare birds can be seen, (an absolute must for bird watchers).

Of course there is the renowned St Michael�s Mount, steeped in history both fact and fiction, now a National Trust property can be approached at low tide via a causeway.

Public transport in this part of Cornwall is very good and there is a bus stop within yards of the bungalow with buses to Penzance, Helston and Falmouth.

For visitors with a car there are numerous small coves and beaches to visit where even in summertime you can be the only people there.

Places of interest include: Poldark Mine, Flambards Theme Park, Gweek Seal Sanctuary, Lands End and the world famous Minack Theatre, to name but a few.

Electricity and bed linen are included in the price and a cleaner attends mid-week.

Towels and tea towels are not included.
