The accommodation consists of two holiday flats, one being close to the town centre and beaches, the other on the outskirts of the town overlooking Falmouth Marina. |

Southcroft Suitable for 4 persons + 1 Main bedroom - a double bed + a single, en-suite facilities, television. Bedroom 2 - twin beds, en-suite facilities, colour television. Lounge - 3 piece suite, dining area, television, stereo and reading material Kitchen - fitted kitchen, cooker, microwave, fridge, and all necessary china and cooking utensils. Also available - Hairdryer, iron and board, bed linen, towels not supplied. Private garden with barbecue Electricity and gas inclusive in the price A strict 'no smoking' rule applies. The flat has been recently completely modernised and decorated and forms the whole ground floor of a large town house. The owners live on the 1st floor should any assistance be required |

The town centre is just a 5 minute walk and offers: A good selection of shops with many High street names and craft shops A large selection of restaurants, pubs, tea rooms Falmouth has one of the largest natural harbours in the world and offers a wide selection of pleasure and fishing trips including a scenic trips up the river to the cathedral city of Truro Fishing - shore and boat A good cinema The new �23 m. National Marine Museum is due to be opened in June 2002 (just a 2 min. walk) A lovely beach, just a short walk Because Cornwall is a peninsula, the north coast, Lands End and the Lizard can be reached by car or organised coach trips and is only a short journey away. |

| The flat is situated opposite the Falmouth Marina and is a 20 minute walk into the town centre. The walk is very scenic following alongside the Penryn River that opens up to show the inner Falmouth Harbour | ||

Directions From Truro follow the A39 to Penryn and Falmouth. After passing Asda on the left - turn left at roundabout - bottom of hill turn right at roundabout - left fork at next roundabout for Trevissome court on the right. (Directly opposite the marina). For Southcroft take right fork into Dracaena Avenue - uphill passing two pelican crossings - over hill to traffic lights - follow straight ahead to next roundabout - ahead into Western terrace, to next roundabout follow ahead into Melvill Road - over railway bridge fork left into Avenue Road. - Southcroft is a short distance on the left. |
