Dogs are by arrangement only and not to be left in the cottage unattended, not to be allowed upstairs, on furniture or to do their toilet on the premises.
In no circumstances may the number of people stipulated in the property description be exceeded, or those booked for, occupy the cottage. Please remember that in the event of cancellation you will be required to pay the rent if we are unable to re-let the property. Holiday insurance is
advisable.
Please vacate the cottage by 10.00 a.m. and arrive not earlier than 2.00 p.m.
Directions
Sithney Green Mill is best approached from the Helston direction. From the A39 at Helston, turn right onto the A394 towards Penzance. Just over 1 mile you will see 'Ward's Garage on the right. Turn right onto the B3303 signposted Hayle/Camborne. Approximately half a mile beyond this there is a right turn signposted 'Gwavas' and 'Lower Town' Take this turning and you are immediataely goimng down a long winding hill. Sithney Green Mill is at the very bottom, just over the crossroads, on the left.
Locally within a short drive
The cottages are just 3 miles from the market town of Helston, home of the Furry Dance held on Flora Day. This is held on or near the 8th May.
Helston is also the home to the Royal Naval Air Station. There is a public viewing area where helicopters can be seen landing and taking off.
The town also has its own theme park, Flambards. This is one of Cornwall's premier attractions, the web site for which can be seen in the attractions section of this web site.
The whole of the Lizard Peninsula with its many coves/beaches and headlands
Penzance - day trips to the Isles of Scilly by sea or air and not forgetting the famous National trust property of St Michael's Mount.
St Ives - beautiful beaches, quaint old town and Tate Gallery
Lands End - rugged cliffs and not far from the famous Minack open air theatre
Truro City - good shopping, excellent cathedral
