This beautifully presented, quaint
cottage is ideal for a perfect Cornish
holiday. Ideally suited for couples it
would be the perfect setting for that
romantic getaway you've promised
yourself, having original features such
as an open fire and beamed ceiling. |

The cottage is situated in the popular
village of Breage which boasts a family
run pub with excellent food
(the speciality sausages
are to die for!!) and local
live entertainment including jazz night
and folk bands. There is also a village
shop/post office, a social club with
temporary membership available and a
church. Peace and quiet awaits you as
the cottage is located approximately 200
yards off the main road down a private
lane. |

"The Little Cottage" is only three miles
from the market town of Helston, two
miles from the harbour town of
Porthleven and 15 minutes drive from
Penzance. The bus stop is at the end of
the lane if you want to leave the car
behind, with buses to Penzance station
with routes to all parts of the county.
There is a public footpath at the other
end of the private road which takes you
through ample fields down to the coastal
path with spectacular and unrivalled sea
views. |

Outside the cottage is Parking for two
medium size cars (or
one large car) , table and
chairs and a barbecue for those summer
evenings! Enter through the side door
and inside is an open plan kitchen and
dining area with table and chairs. The
kitchen is fully equipped with all mod
cons including washing machine,
microwave oven, fridge, freezer and
electric cooker with separate grill. |

The cosy living room has an open
fireplace, television and hi-fi system.
There is a sofa bed to sleep 2.
The bathroom has a bath with electric
shower, toilet, washhand basin and a
heated towel rail.
Upstairs is the double bedroom with
panoramic countryside and sea views. The
room has a double built-in wardrobe and
plenty of drawer space. There is also an
airing cupboard containing linen and
towels which are provided for you.
Travel cots and high chairs are
available for children up to two years
of age. |
