  The Situation

Tregoad Manor House is a large elegant Georgian building with superb rural views stretching all the way to the sea. It forms part of Tregoad Park which now consists of 55 acres of rolling countryside, some of which has been taken up with a pleasant rural camp site.
Although situated in beautiful countryside and well off the main road, it is only a 5 minute drive to the major south coast resort of Looe.

The Accommodation

Tregoad Manor House is a striking Georgian building totally refurbished and decorated to a very high standard. All the rooms are exceedingly spacious and provide excellent accommodation.

There are three guest bedrooms, all of which have generous en-suite facilities with power showers, television/video, complimentary tea/coffee, hair dryer and radio alarm clocks.

How to find us

M5/A38 route from the M5 at Exeter take the A38 to Plymouth. 
At Plymouth follow the signs for the Tamar Bridge, Saltash and Liskeard. 
Follow the A38 for approx. 10km through the villages of Landrake and Tideford to Trerulefoot roundabout. Take the first left at the roundabout onto the A374 signposted to the historic towns of Looe and Polperro. Follow the road for about 2km and then take the first right signposted to Hessenford and Looe onto the A387. Continue through Hessenford and past Widegates. At Widegates the road bears to the left and changes to the B3253. From Widegates continue for approx. 2km through Nomansland and the entrance to Tregoad Manor House is on the left.

Tregoad Manor House is situated in its own grounds in an elevated position, to one side of a pleasant country camp site, with far reaching views to the sea.
Guests have access and use of all camp amenities, these include:
Use of the bar and bistro
Fishing in the private lakes stocked primarily with Carp (15/20 lb)
Children play area with amusements
Nice walks around the grounds

Moving from the park:
The major tourist resort of Looe is just a 5 minute drive
Looe is a bustling all year round seaside resort that still retains much of its old fishing port heritage.
The town provides:
A good selection of shops with a wide range of speciality and High Street names.
A good choice of restaurants, pubs and tea rooms.
A sheltered sandy beach (Blue Flag), very popular with families.
A large harbour with boats of every description.
Deep sea/shark fishing, pleasure boat trips.
Rod fishing from the harbour wall is very popular with both adults and children alike.
Bowling and Putting green nearby, Golf courses and riding schools about 10 mins.
Excellent coastal and woodland walks.
A first class tourist information centre.
Cinema.
Solarium.

Looe is often linked to the small fishing village of Polperro. This picturesque little village is well worth a visit and very popular in the summer months.

Plymouth City - a short drive, there is a very scenic coastal route. The city provides excellent shopping in traffic free streets. There is also a large harbour (The Barbican) (Pilgrim Fathers fame) with excellent restaurants, pubs and the boat trips are highly recommended.

Touring
Numerous quiet little coves/beaches and wide open headlands.
The Eden Project is approximately a 40-minute drive.
For those who enjoy the wide open spaces, Dartmoor is an easy drive.
Cornwall is probably the most beautiful county in the country, but quite small. Most places can be reached within an hours drive.
For those not familiar with the area there is a very helpful tourist information centre in the town
