'The Roost' forms part of a large modern styled country house set in rural surroundings offering adaptable accommodation with the option of 'Self Catering' or 'Bed & Breakfast. Additional bed & breakfast is available in the main house with en-suite facilities. |

| Decorated and furnished to a high standard. Adaptable to Catered or Self Catering accommodation It comprises Double bedroom Second bedroom with bunk beds En-suite shower room Fitted kitchen with dining and sitting area The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, ample cupboard space, utensils, cooking equipment. Sitting area - comfortable seating, colour television Private garden with furniture For self catering guests - all linen/towels supplied. (not beach towels) The first �10 of electricity included, remainder if required by �1 meter. Additional bed and breakfast accommodation is available in the main house. Rooms are en-suite with television/refreshment tray. For Bed and Breakfast guests, a full English breakfast is served in the dining room. Various options available on request. Sorry, there are no facilities for pets The accommodation is non smoking except in the garden |

Directions: from the A30 Bodmin By-pass. At the end of the by-pass at the large roundabout turn left onto the B3274 signposted St Austell. At Bugle village, go straight through the traffic lights. Half a mile you will enter the little village of Stenalees. In the centre of the village you will see the post office on your right. More or less opposite this turn to your left. No. 30 Treverbyn Road is approx. 100 yards on your right up a tree-lined driveway.

here for views of St.Austell Stenalees is a small village situated on the A391 between St Austell and Bodmin. Its location, being more or less in the centre of Cornwall and just a few miles from the A30 makes it very accessible and an ideal touring base. Virtually anywhere in the county can be reached within an hour.
