Situation
An impressive newly converted barn which has been completed to a very high
standard. It retains many of its original features with thick
natural stone walls and open beamed ceilings
The barn is situated a quarter of a mile down a private road
leading from the A390 which links St Austell & Truro. The major
attractions of 'The Eden Project', 'Lost Gardens of Heligan' are
just a short drive away.
Ninnis farm is a working farm and is surrounded by open fields.
Guests are quite welcome to wander around, there is even a
footpath running through leading to the little village of
Sticker. (Good pub and essential supplies).
