Ensuite bed & breakfast in an elegant Victorian townhouse
midway between the Eden Project and Heligan Gardens

Sedgemoor Heights accommodation is quietly situated to the rear of the main house, accessible by your own private entrance. You can choose from three comfortable rooms, all of which are ensuite: A Double (The Butler's Room), Twin (The Maid's Room) and a four bed Family Room (The Nursery) are available.

All rooms have colour TV and tea and coffee making facilities. They are centrally heated and non-smoking. Outside, guests have a peaceful patio to relax in.

The Accommodation: All rooms are ensuite and have colour TV and tea & coffee making facilities. If you join us in the winter months, all rooms are centrally heated, separate from the main house.

Our room names are inspired by the house's history. 46 Bodmin Road is a large townhouse which was built for the rich industrialists of St Austell in 1820.
